Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ADMF Gamebite War Private Limited (“we”, “our”, or “the Company”), we are dedicated to providing an exceptional user experience across all our games, services, and platforms. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which users may request refunds or cancel participation in paid features or services.
1. No Refund Policy for Digital Goods
All purchases made through our platforms—including but not limited to entry fees, in-game currencies, and premium features—are non-refundable once the transaction is completed, except in the following cases:
- Technical Issues: If a technical problem results in the failure to deliver the purchased service or item.
- Unauthorized Transactions: If there is verifiable evidence that the transaction was unauthorized.
- Duplicate Payments: If the same transaction is processed more than once.
Requests for exceptions must be submitted within 48 hours of the transaction.
2. Cancellation of Participation
Users may cancel their participation in a contest, game, or tournament before it starts, provided such an option is available within the platform. If the cancellation is successful and within the permitted time frame:
- Entry fees (if applicable) may be refunded to the user's in-app wallet only; refunds to the original payment source are not permitted.
- No cancellations are allowed after the game or tournament has commenced.
3. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be processed using one of the following methods:
- In-App Wallet Credit: This is the default method for refunds.
- Original Payment Method: Used only for valid exceptions as outlined above.
Refunds will be processed within 7&45;10 business days of approval. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by payment gateways or third-party financial institutions.
4. Refund Denial
We reserve the right to deny refund or cancellation requests if:
- The request violates our Terms of Service or Fair Play Policy.
- The user has been found engaging in fraud, cheating, or violating platform rules.
- The request is made after the permitted time frame.
- The services have already been consumed or accessed (e.g., the tournament has been joined and played).
5. Auto-Renewals and Subscriptions
For users subscribed to recurring services, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged. No partial refunds will be issued for mid-cycle cancellations.
