End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal contract between you (“User” or “you”) and ADMF Gamebite War Private Limited (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). It governs your use of our games, mobile applications, software, websites, and related services (collectively referred to as the “Services”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any part of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not download, install, or use the Services.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to install and use our Services for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

• Copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on any part of the Services.
• Rent, lease, sublicense, sell, distribute, or transfer the Services to any third party.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices contained within the Services.
• Use the Services for any unlawful or prohibited purposes, including but not limited to cheating, hacking, or distributing counterfeit software.

2. Ownership

All rights, titles, and interests in and to the Services, including all content, graphics, software code, and intellectual property rights, are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of ADMF Gamebite War Private Limited or its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any ownership rights to the Services or any content therein.

You acknowledge that you have no right to use any of the Company's trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Services, you agree to:

• Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.
• Provide accurate and truthful information when registering or interacting with the Services.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• Refrain from engaging in any behavior that is disruptive, harmful, or otherwise negatively impacts the experience of other users.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services without prior notice if you violate this Agreement or any applicable laws.

4. Updates and Modifications

We may, at our sole discretion, release updates, patches, or new versions of the Services, which may include new features or enhancements, as well as bug fixes or other improvements. These updates may be installed automatically or may require manual installation.

We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part of the Services with or without prior notice. You agree that we are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.

5. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by uninstalling and ceasing all use of the Services.

We may terminate this license immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this Agreement will cease, and you must uninstall and cease all use of the Services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ADMF Gamebite War Private Limited shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
• Personal injury or property damage resulting from your access to or use of the Services.

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.

8. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from this Agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

9. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and ADMF Gamebite War Private Limited concerning the Services and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and the Company.

10. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement will not be considered a waiver of those rights. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of the Company.
