Note: Data that has been anonymized or aggregated in a manner that it no longer identifies a specific individual is not subject to deletion.

3. How to Submit a Deletion Request

Users may submit a data deletion request through one of the following methods:

• Acknowledge your request within 7 business days
• Complete data deletion within 30 business days, unless a legal exception applies

5. Exceptions

We may retain certain data if retention is:

• Required by law, regulation, or court order
• Necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our Terms
• Required for legitimate business interests such as fraud prevention or auditing

In such cases, we will inform you of the reason and scope of retention.

6. Consequences of Deletion

Please note that data deletion is irreversible and may result in:

• Termination of your user account
• Loss of any in-game progress, earnings, or rewards
• Inability to access any previously purchased or subscribed services
